LeadLock AI’s appointment booking lets your AI agent offer available time slots in conversation. When the lead picks a time, the appointment is created, a confirmation is sent, and the booking shows up in the lead timeline and on your dashboard.
Booking in conversation
During a chat or SMS conversation, the AI can ask if the lead wants to book a call. It then presents available slots (based on your business hours and existing appointments). The lead chooses a time and receives a confirmation.
