LedgerAI Financial Data

LedgerAI (invoices, payments, and related financial records) is designed with the same tenant boundaries as the rest of your CRM. We treat financial data with additional care: stored securely, scoped to your account, and transmitted over encrypted connections — consistent with how we protect the rest of your workspace.

• Invoices and payments are stored securely and tied to your account.
• We do not sell or share your financial data with third parties for marketing or unrelated resale.
• LedgerAI data is used to operate the features you enable within your workspace — not to profile you for unrelated services.

Backups & Reliability

We maintain regular backups and infrastructure practices aimed at recovering from hardware or software failures. Backup and retention specifics may evolve with our hosting environment; we design for durability appropriate to a business CRM.

Our team uses system monitoring to detect issues and protect availability. While no service can promise 100% uptime, we focus on reliable operation so you can depend on LeadLock AI during your workday.
