From call to paid: how one job moves through LeadLock

It is 7:40 on a Saturday morning. A homeowner's water heater is leaking, and your office opens Monday. Here is what happens next when the business runs on LeadLock.

1. The call

Ava answers, gets the homeowner's name and address, confirms the address back once, and offers the first open slot. The homeowner takes it. A confirmation text goes out, and a lead appears with the transcript and a two-line summary.

2. The schedule and the tech

The job is on the Calendar and the Dispatch board. Your dispatcher (or you, from your phone) assigns the closest available tech. The Control Tower shows that tech and every other job on a live map.

3. The visit

  1. The tech opens the job in the Tech App and taps Navigate.
  2. They tap On My Way, and the homeowner gets a text with a live tracking link.
  3. On site: before photos, the job checklist, notes, and after photos.
  4. The homeowner signs on the tech's phone and pays the invoice on the spot.

4. The money

The payment shows in Sales & money next to the invoice. The tech's hours from their timesheet land in the current pay period, and any commission rule you set adds their share. Nexus can tell you Monday morning exactly what happened over the weekend.

One record
Call recording, transcript, appointment, photos, signature, invoice, and payment all sit on the same customer timeline.
