How campaigns work
In the full product you create campaigns from triggers, then define steps (send message, wait, add tag, assign rep, etc.). Here’s what you can run:
Drip campaigns
Multi-step email or SMS sequences that run over time. Set delays between steps (e.g. Day 1, Day 3, Day 7) to nurture leads automatically.

SMS sequences
Automated text follow-ups after a lead comes in or replies. Perfect for appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, and re-engagement.

Follow-up automations
Triggered actions when a lead moves stages, books a meeting, or goes quiet. Keeps your team on top of hot leads and re-engages cold ones.

Triggers
Campaigns start when one of these events happens:
- New leadWhen a lead is created (form, chat, SMS, API). Start welcome drips or notify the team.
