You choose how much Nexus may do on its own: Off, Suggest, Assist, or Auto. Every tool is labeled by risk, from read-only lookups to customer messages and anything financial.
Anything risky shows an approval card that explains what will happen. Cards expire if nobody answers, every action is checked against the user's role, and everything is written to the audit log.
No surprise bills
Nexus warns owners and admins before its AI allowance runs out. At the limit you choose: add credits, switch to a lower-cost robotic voice, or turn Nexus off. Alerts, booking notices, and Ava answering your phone are never affected by that choice.
