Overview

There are three ways to set up a workspace. All three end in the same place; pick the one that matches how much time you have.

Do It For Me (fastest): answer a few questions and AI builds a recommended setup for Ava, booking, and automations. Nothing turns on until you review and activate it.

Auto setup from website: paste your website address. LeadLock reads your homepage to draft your services, service area, and the tone Ava and your messages use.

Guided Setup (learn as you go): a click-by-click walkthrough that shows where every control lives.

Manual onboarding: the full step-by-step wizard for business details and channels.

Check Services and Booking settings so Ava only offers jobs and times you actually want.

Open Receptionist Settings and read the greeting and call flow out loud. If it sounds off, change it.

Use Test My Receptionist, then place one real test call to your LeadLock number from a phone that is not your business line.

Review what AI drafts

AI reads what is on your website. If your site is out of date, the draft will be too.
