Overview

The Pipeline is built for service businesses: move **Deals** from first contact through estimate, quote, and follow-up until **Won** or **Lost**. Sending a quote can advance the linked deal when your workspace links quotes to deals.

Typical stages

  1. 1

    New Lead → Contacted → Estimate scheduled → Estimate completed → Quote sent → Follow-up → Won / Lost

  2. 2

    Use **next action** dates so your team knows what to do today.

  3. 3

    **Quotes** tied to deals keep pricing aligned with stage (e.g. Quote sent).
