Media Library, uploads, and storage limits
How files are uploaded, when R2 is required, and what to do when uploads fail.
Overview
Media Library keeps workspace assets organized: logos, staff avatars, job photos, support attachments, gallery images, and documents. Uploads are workspace-scoped and count toward your plan or storage add-on limit.
Healthy upload path

Connect storage from Media Library if you see Storage not set up yet.

Upload files by drag-and-drop or click-to-upload.

Watch the quota meter so your workspace does not hit the storage ceiling.

Use the billing page when you need more storage or operations storage.
Friendly errors
- Storage not set up yet means the workspace needs the R2 wizard.
- Storage connection issue usually means keys or bucket permissions need review.
- Storage temporarily unavailable means retry in a moment; the app keeps raw technical details out of the UI.
