Introduction

LeadLock AI is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform built for speed to lead. It helps you capture leads from your website, SMS, and integrations like Make.com; respond instantly with AI agents; automate follow-ups; and manage your pipeline in one place.

You use LeadLock AI when you want one system for lead capture, instant AI response, automated follow-up, pipeline tracking, and communication (chat and SMS) without switching tools. It is the central hub: every lead lands here, every conversation is recorded here, and every stage from first touch to closed deal is visible here.

Where to find it

After sign-in, use the main navigation (sidebar or header) to open the CRM. Look for links such as CRM, Dashboard, or Log in. The CRM home is the Dashboard; from there you can reach Leads, Pipeline, Tasks, Inbox, AI Agents, Campaigns, Quotes, Calendar, and Settings.

What is LeadLock AI?

LeadLock AI is a CRM built for speed to lead. It helps you capture leads from your website (forms and chat), SMS, and integrations like Make.com; respond instantly with AI agents; automate follow-ups; and manage your pipeline in one place.

The CRM includes: a dashboard with pipeline counts and follow-up queue, a full leads list with filters and search, a pipeline (kanban) view, tasks and reminders, an inbox for chat and SMS, AI agents for instant response, campaigns (automation workflows), quotes, calendar and appointment booking, and analytics.

What can this CRM do?

• Capture leads from website forms, chat widget, SMS (Twilio), and webhooks (e.g. Make.com). • Respond 24/7 with AI agents that answer questions, qualify leads, and can book appointments. • Automate follow-up with campaigns (drip sequences, SMS, emails) that stop when the lead replies. • Manage leads, clients, and payments in a pipeline with stages: New → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal → Booked → Won / Lost. • Create and send quotes from a lead record and track viewed/accepted status. • See everything in one inbox (chat + SMS) and on each lead’s activity timeline.

How do I get started with LeadLock?

1. Sign up and log in at your LeadLock URL. 2. Open the CRM from the main navigation (e.g. “CRM” or “Log in” then the dashboard). 3. Add a lead manually (Leads → Add lead) or connect a source: Settings → Integrations for webhooks, Twilio, or the chat widget. 4. Configure an AI agent (CRM → AI Agents) so new leads get instant replies. 5. Optionally set up a campaign (CRM → Campaigns) for follow-up sequences. 6. Use the Dashboard to see pipeline numbers and the follow-up queue.

What makes this CRM different from others?

LeadLock is built for speed to lead and automation first: AI agents respond in seconds, follow-up sequences stop when the lead replies (no spam), and forms, chat, SMS, and webhooks all feed one CRM with one timeline. Built-in quotes and appointment booking keep the flow in one place instead of switching tools.

Best practices

Turn on at least one capture source (chat, form, or webhook) and one AI agent so new leads get a fast response. Set a next follow-up date on leads you are working so they appear in the follow-up queue. Use pipeline stages consistently so your counts and analytics are meaningful. Review the Dashboard and follow-up queue at the start of each day to prioritize who to contact. Keep lead records updated with notes and status so your team and AI have the full context.

Common issues

If you do not see the CRM, make sure you are logged in and your plan is active; check the correct URL and bookmarks. If leads are not appearing, confirm the webhook or form is sending to the right account and URL, and check Leads filters such as status and source. If the app feels slow, refresh the page and clear browser cache if you recently had a deployment or update.

Workspace layout and panels

Many CRM screens support collapsible sidebars, resizable columns on desktop, and Focus modes that hide secondary panels so you can concentrate on a thread or form. You can reset layout to defaults per page. Preferences are stored locally in your browser on that device. For step-by-step behavior, open Help Center → Workspace layout: panels, focus, and saved layout (/help/workspace-layout-panels). For how we treat this data, see the Privacy Policy section on local UI and workspace preferences.
