Privacy, security, and trust
What LeadLock collects, how calls/messages are processed, where storage fits, and how access is controlled.
Data LeadLock may process
- 1
Workspace account details, users, roles, settings, and plan state.
- 2
Lead/contact information submitted through forms, chat, SMS, calls, imports, or integrations.
- 3
Conversation content, call transcripts, AI summaries, tags, scores, and follow-up status.
- 4
Media files uploaded to workspace storage, including logos, staff files, and job photos.
- 5
Operational events such as dispatch status, technician location when enabled, invoices, usage, and audit-style logs.
Tips
- LeadLock does not sell user data.
- Secrets are not exposed back to the browser after saving.
- Use roles and workspace membership carefully; all CRM data should stay workspace-scoped.
- AI and voice providers may process content needed to provide enabled AI/voice features.
Security controls
LeadLock uses HTTPS in transit, account/workspace scoping, role-based access, admin controls, and encrypted integration config where server encryption is configured. Audit-log views are expanding as the platform grows.
