Dispatch board and Control Tower
Assign jobs on the Dispatch board, then follow every job and tech on the Control Tower live map.
Overview
Dispatch is where booked jobs get a tech. The Control Tower is the live view of the whole day: where each tech is, which job they are on, and what is running late.
Assign and track

Field operations → Dispatch lists unassigned and scheduled jobs.

Pick a job and assign a tech. The tech sees it in the Tech App immediately.

Field operations → Control tower shows techs and jobs on a live map with status colors.

Routes AI suggests an order for the day and estimates drive times.
- 5
Statuses (scheduled, on the way, in progress, complete) stay the same in the office and in the field.
Tips
- Customers get an On My Way text with a tracking link when the tech taps On My Way.
- Techs see only their own assigned jobs in the Tech App.
