Call minutes vs Credits

Included minutes reset monthly; credits cover usage after the pool is used (when enabled).

Overview

Voice-enabled plans include a monthly pool of **call minutes** for AI Receptionist and qualifying usage. When that pool is exhausted, your workspace may use **Credits** (prepaid call credit) if you have a balance and billing allows—otherwise outbound calls can be blocked until you upgrade or add credits.

What to check

    CRM → **Billing** — see minutes used/remaining and credit balance.
