What does the AI do?
LeadLock uses AI to: respond to chat and SMS (AI agents), summarize leads and suggest next steps, and optionally score leads (intent/priority). The in-app assistant can answer questions about using the CRM.
How do AI agents work?
AI agents are configured in CRM → AI Agents. They can reply to website chat and SMS with answers you define, qualify leads, and offer booking. When a lead messages, the agent responds in seconds. You can edit responses and see conversations in the Inbox and on the lead timeline.
How does AI lead scoring work?
If your plan includes lead scoring, the system may assign a score or intent label based on behavior and content. You’ll see it on the lead (e.g. “Hot” or a score). Use it to prioritize who to contact first.
How are AI summaries generated?
AI can summarize a lead’s messages and activity into a short summary. Where available, this appears on the lead detail page to help you catch up quickly.
How do I ask the in-app assistant?
Use the chat or help widget in the app (often in the corner). Ask questions like “How do I add a lead?” or “What does the dashboard show?” The assistant uses the help knowledge base to answer. You can also use the Help Center (website → Help) for full guides.

1. Open a lead; if AI summaries are on, you will see a short summary. 2. Use it to catch up quickly. 3. If lead scoring is on, look for the score or intent on the lead. 4. Prioritize high-intent leads. 5. Use the in-app assistant (help or chat widget) to ask how to do something.
