How do I track lead performance?

Use the Dashboard for pipeline counts and follow-up queue. Go to Analytics (CRM → Analytics) if available for lead counts over time, conversion by stage, and source breakdown. Filter by date range to see performance for a period.

Where is the analytics section?

CRM → Analytics (or Reports). If you don’t see it, your plan may not include advanced analytics; the Dashboard still shows pipeline and activity.

How do I generate reports?

In the Analytics or Reports area, choose a report type (e.g. leads by source, conversion funnel). Select date range and any filters, then view or export. Export is often CSV or PDF if available.

What do the analytics graphs mean?

Common views: leads over time (new leads per day/week), pipeline by stage (count or value), conversion rate (e.g. New → Won), source breakdown (which channels bring leads). Use them to see trends and which sources convert best.

Step-by-step: Use the analytics page

1. Go to CRM then Analytics. 2. Choose date range if available. 3. Read the stat cards and graphs. 4. Compare sources. 5. Use the data to adjust follow-up and prioritization.
