What is the demo environment?

The demo (or sandbox) lets you try the CRM with sample data so you don’t affect real leads. You can explore the dashboard, pipeline, leads, and features. Data may reset periodically.

Where do I try the demo?

From the marketing site, use “Try demo” or “Interactive demo” (or similar). You may get a demo workspace or a tour. Use it to see how the CRM works before signing up.

How does sandbox testing work?

If you have sandbox/API access: use the sandbox base URL and (if provided) test credentials to create leads or trigger webhooks. Data stays in the sandbox and doesn’t appear in your live account.

Is the demo free?

Yes. The interactive demo is available at no cost. Full CRM access uses paid plans; when a subscription trial is offered at signup, it is 3 days unless otherwise stated.

Step-by-step: Use demo safely

1. Enter the demo or sandbox from the marketing site (e.g. Try demo). 2. Create test leads and run workflows. 3. Test automations and the widget without affecting live data. 4. If the demo resets or you can discard test data, use that before going live. Note: sandbox data does not appear in your live account.

Difference between sandbox and live

Sandbox uses separate data and sometimes a different URL. Use it to try features and payloads. Live is your real account; changes affect real leads and billing.
