What integrations are supported?

LeadLock supports: inbound webhooks (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, your app), Twilio for SMS, the chat widget for website chat, and optionally calendar (Google, Outlook). The API allows custom integrations. See Settings → Integrations.

How do I connect Zapier or Make?

Use the inbound webhook. Get the webhook URL from Settings → Integrations. In Zapier or Make, add an action that sends an HTTP POST to that URL with JSON (name, email, phone, etc.). No separate “connection” step—just use the URL and optional secret.

Where do I find integrations?

CRM → Settings → Integrations (or Webhooks). You’ll see webhook URL, Twilio, chat widget, and any other connectors.

How do API integrations work?

Use the LeadLock API (see “Advanced Users / Developers” help) to create/update leads, list leads, and add notes. Authenticate with an API key. Use for custom apps, internal tools, or sync with other systems.

Step-by-step: Connect and test

1. Go to Settings then Integrations. 2. Choose the integration (webhook, Twilio, chat widget, calendar, API). 3. Follow the steps to authenticate or copy URL and credentials. 4. Save and run a test (e.g. send a test webhook, send SMS, load widget). 5. Confirm data flows (e.g. lead created, message sent).
