How plans work
LeadLock AI plans control monthly usage caps (AI conversations, agents, workflows, SMS segments, voice minutes) and which modules you can open in the CRM. Higher tiers add channels (SMS, AI phone), collaboration (team roles, API), and operator features (white-label, multiple workspaces).
Pricing and list prices for each tier are on the public Pricing page. This guide explains what each feature means and what your tier is expected to include. If Stripe or admin overrides apply to your account, your billing screen is the final source of truth.
What each tier is for

What each major feature does
AI agents: Configurable assistants that reply over chat, SMS, and (on Pro+) voice. They capture fields, qualify intent, and can hand off to your team. Your plan sets how many distinct agent configurations you may run and how many AI conversation credits you consume per month.
AI conversations / month: Pooled assistant turns across chat and SMS (and voice dialog where enabled). Each inbound/outbound AI exchange draws from this pool.
Leads / month (Free): Maximum new lead records you can create on the Free tier. Higher tiers use operational limits on AI and messaging instead of a hard lead count.
SMS credits: Estimated outbound/inbound SMS segments for automation and AI-assisted SMS. Requires Twilio configuration. Starter includes a modest monthly pool; Growth and above add higher pools (see Pricing and Billing for current numbers).
AI voice calls & minutes: Pooled PSTN/softphone minutes for qualifying call features after Twilio is connected. Starter includes non-zero pooled minutes with one bundled line slot; Growth adds a second bundled line and AI receptionist turn allowances; Pro+ adds self-serve platform number purchase and higher minute pools.
Platform Twilio number: A workspace line on compatible plans. Starter includes one bundled line slot (typically your connected or BYO number within that slot). Growth+ includes multiple bundled lines; Pro+ adds self-serve platform provisioning in-app.
Chat widget: Embeddable site messenger. Free enforces LeadLock branding; paid tiers unlock white-label options at Agency+.
SMS automation: Sequences and triggers that send texts via Twilio, with reply detection so nurtures pause when the lead answers.
Appointment booking: AI or user-driven scheduling tied to the lead timeline and calendar.
Automation workflows: Multi-step automations (triggers, delays, actions). Free has none; Starter includes a small workflow allowance; Growth+ unlocks the full campaign builder and higher workflow caps in the CRM gates.
Marketplace templates: Pre-built agent and workflow installs. Everyone can browse basics; Growth unlocks the marketplace for installs; Pro adds premium template tiers in the product gate.
Optional HTTP automation: Advanced users can POST leads via inbound HTTP or mirror events externally. Starter+ can connect tooling via API/webhook; Growth+ aligns with SMS, campaigns, and inbox features most teams use daily.
Campaign management: Broadcast and nurture campaigns inside CRM—enabled from Growth upward per feature gates.
Team permissions & API: Role-based access and REST API keys for integrations—enabled from Pro upward.
Advanced analytics: Deeper reporting beyond dashboard KPIs—enabled from Pro upward (basic analytics and dashboard metrics remain available on lower paid tiers).
LedgerAI invoices: Creating, sending, and tracking invoices from CRM context. Free: limited Ledger scope; Starter: core invoicing; Growth and above: full invoice + payment flows in product positioning.
Payments & expenses: Recording payments against invoices and expense tracking tied to LedgerAI—core on Starter for basics, full finance suite emphasized Growth+.
If a sidebar item shows an upgrade modal, the feature’s minimum tier comes from the same matrix the CRM uses for gating.
Choosing a plan
Pick Free to validate the chat widget and CRM with tight caps (no SMS or phone lines). Choose Starter when you want one bundled line slot, pooled call minutes, included SMS credits after Twilio is connected, and more AI conversations—before you need a second line or appointment booking at scale. Move to Growth when campaigns, calendar booking, higher SMS/minute pools, and the full automation builder are daily requirements. Choose Pro when AI voice answering, platform number provisioning, team permissions, and API access matter. Choose Operations when dispatch, technician mobile mode, job documentation, and advanced customer notifications are core to how you run trucks. Agency and Enterprise are for multi-brand operators, resellers, and custom-contract volume.
Still unsure? Open the in-app assistant from any CRM page or contact support with your expected monthly leads, SMS volume, and whether you need AI voice or field operations.
